In a large bowl mix together hummus, soy milk, and vegan chicken flavoring together.
Mix in Vital Wheat Gluten, knead together.Knead for a couple of minutes In a large stock pot add a tbs of oil and bring to a high heat. Fry the exterior of the seitan, roll it around to get all the sides
Remove seitan and pour in the vegetarian chicken flavored broth
*optional* Place seitan in a sock sock. This helps keeps the seitan from expanding too much and will give you a more shreddy result.
Add the seitan to the broth and let simmer for 45 minutes
Let cool and shred it up!
