Easy Cultured Vegan Butter

Making cultured butter at home is easy! This plant based butter is made with unsweetened yogurt to give you the flavor of cultured milk without the effort of doing it yourself! This vegan recipe is perfect for baking, spreading, and is a staple for every kitchen!

  • Add everything to a blender, blend on high for about 1 minute
  • Pour the melted butter into a silicone mold.
    Alternately you can line a small loaf pan, cupcake tin, or (whatever shape you want your butter to in) with parchment paper.
    The parchment paper makes the butter much easier to remove once it's hardened. Parchment paper is not necessary for silicone molds.
  • Let harden in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, remove and while the butter in the parchment paper roll it out into a log
