- 1 tsp Butterfly Pea Flower
- 1 tsp Peppermint
- 1 tsp Lemon Balm
- 2 tsp Sugar/Agave/Light Maple Syrup
- 2 cups Boiling Water
Mix your herbs together and place in a tea strainer
Add boiling water and let soak for 8 minutes
Strain Tea and add your desired amount of sweetener
Put in fridge until desired coolness (3-4 hours, or overnight) and add ice
