- 16 oz Chicken of the Woods
- 1 Bottle Just Egg (or 12 oz egg replacer)
- Enough to Coat Olive Oil
Sandwich Assembly
- 4 Onion Buns
- Lettuce
- Butter Pickles
- Plant Based Ranch
- Tomato Slices
Pour your bottle of Just Egg in a bowl, then another bowl mix everything together for the Seasoned Flour
Take your Chicken of the Woods and dip it into the Just Egg, then into the Seasoned Flour- and repeat
Once all of your Chicken of the Woods is breaded either pour or spray a bit of oil on it
Put your Chicken of the Woods in an air fryer basket
Cook at 270 for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes
Place your Chicken of the Woods on a bun, and dress it up with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and ranch
